Before your first listen
- Read the included instructions and charge the product as directed.
- Disconnect the charging cable before wearing it.
- Turn it on and pair using the Bluetooth name shown in its manual.
- Position the speakers over your ears before adjusting the volume.
- Test the fit on your usual pillow while you are awake.
If pairing does not work
Check that the device is powered on and in pairing mode. Disconnect it from another nearby phone or tablet if it has connected there automatically. Follow the exact model’s reset instructions before trying again.
Cleaning the fabric
On washable models, remove the control module, speakers and wires before cleaning. Follow the care label for the washing method and allow every part of the fabric to dry before replacing the electronics. Do not immerse the assembled headphones.

Can I play my own audio?
Yes. Pair a Bluetooth model with a compatible phone or tablet to listen through the app you already use. The White Noise mask also has eight built-in sound choices that work without a phone connection.
Which shape should I choose?
Choose a mask for eye coverage, a headband to leave your eyes uncovered, or a bonnet for a roomy hair covering. Compare the inner shape and controls, then check the fit on your usual pillow.
Do these headphones have active noise cancellation?
The fabric headphones in this collection are designed to play audio. Do not assume they provide active noise cancellation or complete sound isolation. Keep important sounds around you in mind when choosing a listening level.
How do I wash them?
Follow the instructions for your exact model. On washable designs, remove the speakers, control module and wires before cleaning the fabric, then allow it to dry fully before reassembly.
